Who we are

What we collect, and why
When you fill in the enquiry form we collect the details you enter:
- Your name — so we know who we are talking to.
- Phone number — so we can call you back.
- Email address — so we can reply in writing.
- Your message — to understand what you need.
We use this information for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide the work you have asked about. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Our lawful basis
Under the UK GDPR we rely on your consent (you tick the box on the form before sending) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
How your enquiry reaches us
The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-relay service that passes your message on to us by email. They process the submission on our behalf as a data processor and do not use your details for their own purposes. The message then sits in our normal email account.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly measurement tool, to count page views so we can see which pages are useful. It stores nothing on your device, uses no cookies, and cannot identify or follow you — we only ever see anonymous, aggregated numbers. Because nothing personal is collected and nothing is stored on your device, there is no cookie banner here — there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, plus a reasonable period for our business records, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your details sooner and we have no legal reason to keep them, we will.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us to: confirm what information we hold about you; correct it if it is wrong; delete it; or stop using it. To do any of these, email enquiries@ignissecure.com. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
